Postmortem, a regular over at HBO (halo.bungie.org) has been hosting a “Visualizing the Halo Universe” series over in the HBO forums, where he asks participants to share concept art on a different subject each round. Recently, he’s decided to start up a blog about it.
“Visualizing the Halo Universe” is a blog that showcases fan artwork from the Halo universe. Artists are encouraged to come and “share their unique visions of some of the least-seen aspects of the Halo universe by participating in set rounds of focused brainstorming and creation”. Any and all forms of visual art are accepted.
Whether you are an artist who is also a Halo fan, such a fan of Halo that even though you don’t consider yourself an artist you’d like to share your concepts on factors in the Halo universe, or would just like to see what other people are coming up with, the VHU blog is a great place to visit.
