The difference in aim assist between the Halo 4 DMR and the Reach DMR is quite jarring. Reticle friction is MUCH higher in Halo 4.

I won’t be there either. I’ll be on to check out the new map pack in 2 weeks.

Instant respawn is disabled in KoTH and Oddball in the new Team Objective playlist, but are there weapons on the maps?

Reading the Snipers Playlist feedback over at halocouncil… it’s Snipers, but only on Big Team maps, save Haven. Beam rifle, the snapshot machine, looks to be in too.

I never enjoyed Snipes on large maps. It becomes a slow, camp behind rocks type of game.

Halo 4’s War Games lobby, whether it’s customs or MM, doesn’t feel quite as intimate as the previous games. Anyone else notice that The Weather Channel has started naming winter storms and no one else uses the name?

I kind of prefer stuff like “January Blizzard of ’96”. A little more mystery there opposed to Winter Storm Nemo. WTF man!

3rd person view is annoying. Once I get the achievement I’m going to see about ridding myself of Vampirism.

Dawnguard questline was fun and I like a lot of things it adds to the game like Dragon weapons, but the whole taking on the Vampire Lord (which I am) or Werewolf form is a waste. Maybe it’s more useful at lower levels but it just feels like a gimmick. And, grinding to get the Vampire Lord perk tree filled out for the achievement is beyond a chore.

I think my time with Morrowind on the Xbox has already come to an end after only two hours. The frame rate is so bad at times that it bugs my eyes to even look at. I’ll eventually play it on PC, and then I can get patches and a high res texture pack.
