Yeah, record labels suck. They routinely kill and release shit music.

I worked at the music/media store in the late 90’s. I remember hearing that most artists on major labels only received something like 10 cents per album sold, while the label got the majority, commonly priced at $13.99 – $16.99.

Well prolly my favorite band (which I have posted vid’s up earlier in this thread)….has a new album coming out, and they are doing an interesting campaign. Now I’m not trying to get anyone to do what the video is really about, but I do think it is a very cool concept, I like what they are standing up for.
