Ok, here’s where we sit with the Skype: Xbox One apparently mutes all chat audio coming out the USB if you are on dashboard, and anywhere else (ie: in games) is too noisy. This includes Skype. So I don’t see how it can be possible for me to capture the podcast over the Xbox One at this time.

Hey, Edie and Mike, could you guys take a listen to a couple minutes of your recordings and see if you get the feedback? I’d like to rule out if anomalies occurred in the file transfers. It’s just really strange to me that you could sound so clear in Skype, but the recordings be so off.

So I’ve taken a quick listen to Edie’s and Mike’s files, and we’ve got some pretty major issues with both. Edie, your mic recording is so quiet, I can barely hear you.
