Peter Mander, a special effects artist, also happens to be a Halo fan. The result: an absolutely superb Halo Elite costume. His website doesn’t list the amount of hours he put in, but you can guess it’s at least as many as the Bioshock costumes we’ve seen previously. Check out more photos below:
