Hi, Gazzell :) I actually haven’t read the two Forerunner books yet, so you just gave me a huge spoiler!

I’ve recently re-read “The Cole Protocol”. Love all the Halo books I’ve read so far and I absolutely dig Greg Bear so I really should just cough up the dough and order the Primordium books. And if I do, I’ll be able to answer questions like yours above!
