I wouldn’t worry about that at all. I don’t think anyone really has any idea how to improve the rating there. Mine fluctuates between average and warning, but never affects the quality of games.
As for host selection, I certainly hope that improves with 4. Terrible hosts are chosen way too frequently.
Mine is always green. I like green. I want my green back! There is a definite correlation between mine not being green, and green-bar lag. It’s painful :gaah:
