Many sites do that, making all the avatars and other images the same dimensions for uniformity, and this one is one of them. However, up to a certain limit, you can use whatever size you want and it will auto downsize it – – I think, lol. If there is something in particular you really want and you don’t have the means to do it, I can probably easily make it a square png, having it just be blank on the parts outside your rectangle that make it square (so the website bg shows through).

I will probably be able to fix the site bugs Wednesday or Thursday with a new theme. I’ve been checking some out in free time for a couple weeks, playing around with looks, etc. I found one that does all the work for me, even if it doesn’t look as perfect as I’d like, and it should be compatible with everything, unlike the theme and forum setup we’re currently using.

Just be prepared, because the forum home page might look a little different. Hopefully I can set it up where we never even see that page. Even so, the new options that are coming will make it to where it won’t be long before I can choose a different look anyway. The site homepage will look a LOT different. Unfortunately I can’t find a rotating banner that is mobile friendly, so that’s going to have to go. Everything is going to look a lot… simpler… It’ll load fast tho!
