w0rm’s maps are looking good and I’m pretty sure I’ve got a good balance on mine. Keep in mind folks: we are in the beta, lol. Things that don’t feel right when we play our various versions of maps and gametypes can and will be changed, so if some of them don’t feel balanced please be patient.
But the most exciting to me is:

My gametypes are a little different from w0rm’s, I think my br’s are respawning at 45s and my vehicles are default, power weapons are set at 2.5m and some at 3m. Some of my maps have weapons placed throughout the map like Halo 3, one has ordnance but they all have regular spawn times.
Unfortunately, the Grifball gametype variant being used to create Neutral Bomb does not allow for weapons placed on the map or Infinity Ordnance, which I think is total butt, but whatev. I’ve created a gametype that hopefully will be balanced using Personal Ordnance, but again we have to playtest it before I can tweak it to perfection.
One more thing: Adrift is the map I’ve done using Infinity Ordnance to spawn and respawn weapons, and they are all set times, not that random, crazy custom crap (don’t get me wrong – it has it’s place!). This results in Ordnance images ALL over the screen when you first spawn in. Yukon and I had spoken of the benefits of having weapons people can see, especially people coming to play with us for the first time. It might be that future maps will have basic weapons spread throughout and the power weapons will use Ordnance, so they show up to everyone whenever they’re available.
I’ll start another thread for feedback on the maps so we can tweak them until they feel right.
